Managing Partner - Funeral Director
Michael is the Managing Partner at Chapel of San Ramon Valley and came to the firm in June of 2012. He brings 40 years of funeral service experience having worked previously in many communities in Metropolitan Phoenix, Arizona. A graduate of the San Francisco College of Mortuary Science, Michael has been licensed as a funeral director in California, Arizona, and New York. He and his wife, Linda, have four grown children and nine grandchildren.
An avid baseball fan, Mike has been an amateur umpire for over 30 years and has been active in many sports associations. He and Linda are active in Community organizations and civic groups.
Born and raised in Nebraska, he attended San Francisco College of Mortuary Science and graduated in 1993. Bruce is a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer in California and Nebraska. He has worked in the Greater Bay Area since 1994 and joined Ouimet Bros. Concord Funeral Chapel in 2006. Bruce has worked in many positions within the funeral home; however, his most fulfilling work is helping and assisting the families we serve.Bruce enjoys traveling, eating at good restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
At an early age, Jerome felt a calling to the funeral business. Starting his career at 19 years old, Jerome served an apprenticeship as an Embalmer at a funeral home in San Francisco's North Beach. He later attended and graduated from the San Francisco College of Mortuary Science in 1977. Jerome continued to work as a licensed embalmer and funeral director in San Francisco for many years.Relocating to the Los Angeles area in late 1980, Jerome founded and operated a mortuary services company supporting approximately 20 funeral homes. He always served his client funeral homes and their families with the utmost care and professionalism.Today, Jerome is happy to be back in the Bay Area and very proud to be continuing the vocation that he started over 40 years ago working as part of the Chapel of San Ramon Valley family.
Born in San Francisco and raised on the Peninsula, Cristo
has worked in the funeral and cemetery industry since 2003. He graduated from Skyline College with an
Associate’s Degree and attended San Francisco State University. In his 15 year’s he has garnered extensive
knowledge and experience in both Funeral and Cemetery fields.
A strong proponent of serving families with the utmost care
and respect, Cristo is very pleased to be working with Chapel of San Ramon Valley and serving families with the friendly nature and family first
atmosphere commonly associated with everyone working at Wilson and Kratzer.
Cristo resides in the East Bay with his wife and three
children. He likes spending his leisure
time enjoying family and friends, traveling and is an avid supporter of the San
Funeral Director - Apprentice
Nisa Milburn is a native of Corydon, Indiana and moved to
the Bay Area in 2016 with her Husband, Gregory Milburn. They have been together
since 2009 and just recently got married in October of 2015. Nisa graduated
Mid-America College of Mortuary Science, located in Jeffersonville, IN, with
her Associate’s Degree in Mortuary Science in 2015. Her biggest reward in this
business is the opportunity to help our families through the toughest times of
their lives. In her spare time, Nisa enjoys running, hiking, swimming, reading,
crafting, and most of all spending time with her two pet rabbits.
Funeral Assistant - Ambassador
Sonia grew up in San Ardo, CA and graduated from King City High School. After High School she attended the Fashion Institute of design and Merchandising in San Francisco graduating 1997 with her AA in Visual Presentation and Space Design. She then worked in the field of design for over 15 years.
Sonia has owned her floral business Amazing Flowers for the past 8 years. She has worked at Chapel of San Ramon Valley for over 10 years and enjoys bringing comfort to the families we serve.
Jim grew up in San Francisco and has a bachelor's degree in business administration. The majority of his career has been dealing with numbers and working with the government.
At the funeral home Jim enjoys being supportive of families that are dealing with a loss. He appreciates the family environment of working at Ouimet Bros.
Marina has been with Chapel of San Ramon Valley since April 2013.
She and her husband live in Brentwood California . They have two children and two grandchildren.
She is actively involved in various church ministries at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Brentwood, California since 2008. Marina is Head Sacristan, an Extra Ordinary Eucharistic minister and a Faith Formation teacher. She volunteers at Sutter Delta Hospital Chaplain services once a month.
She enjoys arts & crafts, music spending time with her grandchildren.
Susan is a native San Franciscan and has lived her entire life in the Bay Area. She is married and enjoys spending time with her family. She is an award winning photographer and former flight attendant for an international carrier and has traveled extensively throughout Europe and the United States. Susan is a soprano with experience in choirs of varied repertory styles as well as in several professional organizations. Her hobbies include working out, cooking, and most especially, reading. She currently sings in the St. Bonaventure Church choir as well as in a Sunday morning quartet. As a funeral coordinator for St. Bonaventure Church, Susan thoroughly enjoys meeting people and being of service to others.
